How much are services?

Counseling sessions are either 45 minutes or 75 minutes.

• 45 minutes for $140

• 75 minutes for $200

Do you accept insurance?

Nope! I choose not to work with insurance so that I can keep the information you share private, sacred, and safe.

I am an out-of-network provider, which means that we can keep your records confidential in a way that we wouldn’t be able to if you used your insurance.

Therapists who use insurance are required to give the insurance companies 100% access to all the information in your counseling records.

That’s not just a mental health diagnosis!

It’s also your trauma history, how you have abused alcohol and drugs, details about your dysfunctional family, your self-esteem issues...

It’s a lot.

As far as privacy goes, it can get even more complicated when your insurance is provided through your employer.

I feel honored to carry these heavy things with you and keep them protected in a sacred container between the two of us. I wouldn’t be able to do that in the same way if your insurance company was involved.

More and more people are realizing they would rather keep information about their mental health and addiction treatment away from their insurance companies and workplaces.

Because your privacy is so important to me, I decided to run my business as private pay only.
